I work primarily in debt collection, of any nature: I represent clients in Court to obtain an injunction or a judgment that definitively formalizes the debt. I conduct investigations into the debtor's seizable assets through database access, field research, and online searches. I then proceed with the seizure to ensure the Court's decisions are met.

I teach Fashion Business Law at the European Institute of Design and assist small fashion businesses in Tuscany. I provide advice on starting new businesses, drafting B2B and B2C contracts, defense in contractual disputes, tax and criminal assistance, and advice on brand intellectual property.

I am the delegate for judicial sales at the Court of Florence and assist individuals and companies in the sale or rental of properties throughout Italy. I can provide practical assistance in selecting the property to purchase and with due diligence to assess its legal and factual status, including for properties up for auction at any court in Italy.

In 20 years of practice I have developed experience in the following areas of expertise:

- Fashion and intellectual property law

- Contract Law

- Debt collection, enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings

- Labor law

- Real estate law
