Biography
I was born in Florence in 1976. I attended the Faculty of Law at the University of Florence and the Faculty of Law, Economics and Social Sciences at the Paul Cezanne University of Aix en Provence (France).
I trained professionally at the Law Firm of Attorney Mariano Vulpitta in Florence, where I completed my legal training, working primarily in the fields of contract law, real estate, civil liability, and enforcement.
I have been qualified to practice before the Court of Florence as a trainee lawyer since 2006. I passed the bar exam in 2008, and have been registered with the Florence Bar Association since 2009. I am qualified to provide legal aid and to provide public defense in criminal proceedings before the ordinary court and the juvenile court of Florence.
In 2018, I attended the postgraduate specialization course in Fashion Law - Law and Culture in the Fashion Supply Chain, at the University of Florence.
Since 2021, I have been registered in the special register of Italian Supreme Court attorneys and lawyers qualified to appear before higher courts.
Since 2023, I have been a contract lecturer in Fashion Business Law in Fashion Marketing Bachelor and in Fashion Brand Management Master at the European Institute of Design in Florence.
In 2023, I successfully completed the training course on the criminal liability of entities pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, organized in Rome by Cassa Forense.
Since 2024, I have been registered on the list of professionals delegated to real estate sales by the Court of Florence.
I communicate fluently with my clients not only in Italian, but also in English and French.
Philosophy
I believe in the ancient Roman maxim, "Rem tene, verba sequentur," "Keep the concept clear, and the words will follow." This drives my primary commitment to identifying and understanding the underlying facts of disputes, getting to the heart of the matter, and applying the law correctly.
Consequently, I believe in the primary importance of a relationship of trust and mutual clarity with the client. My philosophy is to prioritize communication:
- “explain” the law,
- identify problems and conflict situations,
- clarify the course of the legal procedure.
Aware that my clients need to obtain relevant information and advice in real time, I make it my duty to be reachable and available, as well as to remain at their side throughout the legal proceedings, the conciliation attempt, and the contractual or settlement negotiations.
